Team Lead - Inventory - Oil & Gas

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead - Inventory with strong experience in the oil & gas sector to manage critical inventory processes, including materials, spares, consumables, and equipment used in exploration, production, and plant operations. The role requires strong domain understanding, accuracy, and compliance with stringent safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Inventory Management (Oil & Gas Focus) :

• Maintain accurate records of equipment, critical spares, consumables, hazardous materials, and tools.
• Manage cycle counts, stock audits, reconciliation, and variance reporting for drilling, production, and maintenance inventory.
• Ensure inventory is aligned with maintenance schedules, shutdown planning, and project requirements.
• Monitor shelf-life, calibration schedules, and condition of critical spares.
