Human Resources Specialist

Job descriptionAssist in the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements. Utilize various channels to proactively source and engage with potential candidates. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information. Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Passion for human capital and understanding of people behavior. Prior experience in technical recruitment, especially in the aerospace or engineering sectors. Familiarity with social media recruiting and employer branding strategies. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed. Your work will directly impact the company's trajectory. You will gain exposure to a diverse range of roles and professionals within the aerospace industry. You will have the opportunity to contribute to building a team that is shaping the future of space technology.
