Mandatory Skills :

Oracle Quality Consultant : 10 years experience in multiple end to end implementations, version upgrades, maintenance, and support projects across Oracle EBS Quality

Have experience in Manufacturing and Purchasing modules.

Ability to create / maintain Quality plan / nonconformance / corrective actions / data collections

Excellence in analyzing business requirements and designing solutions using AIM / OUM methodology, including meticulous documentation such as MD050, MD070, MD120 etc.

Experience on creating Oracle Service Requests for code-fix, data-fix, product bugs etc. and tracking them to closure

Certification from Oracle University on Oracle Quality certification in Oracle EBS R12 would be an advantage

Prior experience on using incident management tool and familiarity with ticket status like User Wait, Testing etc.

Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and collaborate effectively in team environments, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
