Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Continuous Improvement Manager, based in Hyderabad. The Continuous Improvement Manager will oversee and implement strategies for business process improvement, operational excellence, and efficiency enhancement. Day-to-day tasks will involve analyzing current processes, identifying opportunities for optimization, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. The role also requires creating and managing frameworks to monitor and measure process performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Process Improvement and Process Improvement methodologies
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating workflows and identifying optimization opportunities
• Experience in Operational Excellence and Operations Management
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks is a plus
• Ability to effectively train and mentor teams on process improvements
