Job Summary :
The Operations Executive will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operational activities of the company. This includes assisting with production coordination, supply chain management, quality control support and logistics. The role ensures that operational processes are executed efficiently and in compliance with industry standards, contributing to timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities : Production & Inventory Support
- Coordinate with production teams to track daily outputs and ensure adherence to schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management, including cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
- Ensure proper documentation and system updates for inventory movement.
Supply Chain & Logistics
Support procurement activities, including vendor coordination and purchase order follow-ups.Track inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely deliveries.Assist in resolving supply chain issues such as delays or discrepancies.Compliance & Quality Coordination
Maintain accurate records to support compliance with FDA, ISO and other healthcare regulations.Assist in conducting routine quality checks and documentation for audit readiness.Ensure adherence to operational SOPs and assist in periodic reviews.Operations Reporting
Prepare daily / weekly operational reports, including production metrics, inventory status and delivery tracking.Use ERP systems (e.g., Odoo / Zoho) for data entry, tracking and generating reports.Team & Vendor Coordination
Liaise with cross-functional teams (procurement, logistics, warehouse) to support smooth operations.Coordinate with external vendors for order updates and delivery timelines.Customer Service Support
Assist in handling customer queries related to product dispatches and delivery status.Support in resolving basic operational complaints or forwarding escalations to the Operations Head.Required :
Educational Background
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations or a related field.Experience
Experience in operations or supply chain roles, preferably in the healthcare or medical devices industry.Skills
Good knowledge of inventory management and basic supply chain principles.Proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo / Zoho), MS Excel and reporting tools.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Effective communication and coordination abilities.Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
