Now Hiring : Client Servicing Lead – Events & Experiences

Location : Gurgaon, On-site

Experience Required : 6- 8 years

We are looking for an experienced and driven Client Servicing Lead to manage key accounts and oversee the execution of high-impact events and brand experiences. This is a senior role for someone who understands the nuances of event production, is confident in client interactions, and thrives in a high-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships built on trust and reliability
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from brief to execution
  • Liaise between clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure seamless delivery
  • Oversee budgets, timelines, and project documentation with diligence
  • Anticipate challenges and proactively offer solutions

Ideal Candidate :

  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in client servicing within the event or experiential marketing industry
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Strong understanding of event planning, production processes, and on-ground execution
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work under tight deadlines
  • Highly detail-oriented and committed to delivering excellence
