Student Onboarding Specialist

Experience Required : 3-8 years of experience (preferred : onboarding counselling and customer engagement experience)

Key Responsibilities :

Be the first point of contact post-sales and welcome new students, ensuring a smooth, positive start to their journey with us.

Welcome new students & ensure a smooth, positive start to their journey with us

Conduct a complete walkthrough of the learning module, highlighting key features and the steps they’ll follow through their journey.

Conduct visualisation sessions to deepen clarity, motivation, and commitment

Understand student goals, learning preferences, and expectations to personalize the onboarding journey

Conduct 7-day progress review and feedback sessions to ensure retention, clarity, and motivation

Engage students through impactful conversations that build trust and emotional connection

Maintain onboarding reports, follow-ups, and track student engagement patterns

Skills and Attributes :

3-8 years of relevant experience in Onboarding, Counselling, Customer Success or related roles. (preferred : post-sales customer engagement, and counselling sales role).

Excellent command over communication and presentation

Strong ability to lead conversations and keep the audience engaged

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly

High emotional intelligence to make students feel valued, supported, and motivated

Positive attitude, patience, and a student-first approach
