As a Jr. Art Director at Tempest, you will have the opportunity to work alongside seasoned creatives and contribute your unique perspective to the development of engaging concepts and captivating designs. We value accuracy, efficiency, organization, collaboration, and most importantly, your creative instincts. You will be responsible for translating ideas into visually stunning designs that resonate with our target audience across various platforms and mediums.

Responsibilities :

• Utilize your visual thinking skills to generate fresh and innovative concepts that captivate and engage our audience.
• Produce excellent designs that effectively communicate the desired message across different platforms and mediums.
• Actively participate and contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.
• Transform concepts into compelling designs that leave a lasting impact on our clients and their customers.
• Demonstrate a hunger for learning, continuously improving your craft, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and techniques.
• Collaborate with senior creatives to devise effective creative strategies that align with our clients goals and objectives.
• Work closely with photographers, printers, and production houses to ensure the seamless execution of design projects.
