🔍 What You’ll Own :

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap — aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Lead end-to-end delivery using Agile / Scrum , managing backlogs, sprints, and stakeholder expectations.
• Partner with engineering teams to make smart trade-offs between innovation, scalability, and technical debt.
• Translate complex business problems into clear user stories, specs, and KPIs — backed by data and research.
• Own product success : from ideation to launch, with a focus on measurable impact — using tools like the Impact Matrix™ .
• Bridge the gap between technical teams and executives — speaking both “engineer” and “executive” fluently.
