What You’ll Do :

• Create & deliver engaging training modules (product knowledge, customer service, sales techniques, and store operations).
• Conduct interactive classroom, on-the-job, and e-learning sessions.
• Collaborate with retail managers & HR to plan and assess training outcomes.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and innovate training initiatives.
• Coach retail staff to reinforce skills and ensure continuous improvement.
