Job Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Platform Administrator and Ops Engineer to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills and a basic technical understanding of platform management, system operations, and infrastructure support. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of our platforms and contribute to enhancing system performance.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Monitor and maintain platform performance, availability, and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to platform operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system updates and enhancements.
  • Document processes, procedures, and technical specifications for platform management.
  • Provide support to end-users and respond to inquiries related to platform functionality.
  • Assist in the deployment and configuration of new systems and applications.
  • Perform regular backups and disaster recovery testing.
  • Participate in on-call support rotation as needed.
  • Doppler Platform Management : Oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Doppler platform to ensure secure and efficient secrets management across all environments.
  • Integration : Seamlessly integrate Doppler with CI / CD pipelines and various cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) to automate secrets management within development workflows.
  • Security Compliance : Implement and enforce security best practices related to secrets management, ensuring compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
  • Documentation & Training : Create comprehensive documentation and conduct training sessions to educate development teams on best practices for secrets management using Doppler.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with security, development, and operations teams to align secrets management strategies with organizational goals and requirements.

Qualifications :

  • MUST HAVE hands-on experience in Doppler.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Basic understanding of operating systems, networking, and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools and system performance metrics is a plus.
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) is an advantage.
