Vijaya Diagnostic Centre — India’s leading integrated diagnostic chain, known for quality, trust, and advanced healthcare services — is looking for an energetic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team in Himayatnagar, Hyderabad.

Location : Himayatnagar, Hyderabad

Role : Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

CTC : ₹3–5 LPA

Experience : 3–6 years (Healthcare / Diagnostic / Hospital industry preferred)

Key Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical, non-clinical, and support functions.

Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.

Handle interview scheduling, selection, and onboarding.

Maintain recruitment MIS and contribute to employer branding initiatives.

Ideal Candidate :

• Graduate or MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
• 3–6 years of relevant experience (preferably in healthcare or diagnostics)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven
