Agency Services is seeking an YouTube Thumbnail Designer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating eye-catching and engaging thumbnails for our YouTube videos that align with our brand and attract our target audience. Responsibilities :

Create visually appealing and engaging thumbnails for YouTube videos
Collaborate with the content team to ensure thumbnails align with video content and brand voice
Research industry trends and best practices to ensure thumbnails are optimized for maximum engagement
Ensure all thumbnails are delivered on time and meet quality standards

Requirements :

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop

Strong understanding of design principles and best practices

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling and design
