Job Responsilibities :

Job Summary :  We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that meet business requirements, improve service delivery, and automate processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain applications, workflows, and customizations on the ServiceNow platform.

Configure and customize ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.

Write and debug JavaScript code in the form of Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs.

Integrate ServiceNow with other internal and external systems using REST, SOAP, and other integration methods.

Maintain coding standards and best practices to ensure code is clean, reusable, and scalable.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer or in a similar role, with hands-on experience on the ServiceNow platform.

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, Service Catalog, etc.).

Proficiency in JavaScript (for ServiceNow scripting), HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting tools (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, etc.).

Familiarity with integration methods such as REST, SOAP, and MID Servers.

Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing ServiceNow applications.

Knowledge of ServiceNow Security and best practices for platform configuration and data privacy.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist.

Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) processes
