Role Description

This is a full-time Executive Assistant role located on-site in Delhi, India. We’re building something exciting at Lucky Silk Store by KB — and we’re looking for an Executive Assistant who’s organized, dependable, and has an eye for aesthetics.

You’ll work closely with the founders — managing schedules, coordinating with creative & production teams, and assisting in everything from brand research to shoots and content planning.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance, Administrative Assistance, and Expense Report management
• Assist with brand research, influencer communication, and content organization
• Manage documentation, scheduling, and timelines
• Occasionally assist with travel and event logistics
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Interest in fashion, design, or creative industries
• Confident handling coordination vendor,influencer,production,shoot teams
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Familiarity with the fashion or retail industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications,Fashion or a related field
