Scrum Master

Position Summary :

We're looking for a skilled Scrum Master with Release Coordination experience to join our team. The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of experience and is a servant leader who can also manage the end-to-end software release process. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication, removing impediments, and streamlining the path from development to deployment.

Job Responsibilities :

• Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies : Lead all Scrum events including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring they are productive and time-boxed.
• Release Management : Plan, manage, and coordinate software releases across multiple teams and products, ensuring a smooth and timely deployment schedule. This includes managing the release calendar, communicating key milestones, and mitigating risks.
• Impediment Removal : Proactively identify and resolve obstacles that may hinder the team's progress or affect release timelines.
• Tool Administration : Act as a power user and administrator for key project management and release tools, including Jira for issue tracking, Confluence for documentation, and release management software for pipeline coordination.
• Stakeholder Communication : Act as the central point of contact for release status, providing clear and concise updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Process Improvement : Drive continuous improvement in both team processes and the overall release lifecycle, promoting a culture of quality and efficiency
