Primary Purpose :
The Personal Assistant is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative
support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
Key Accountabilities / Activities :
Primary Responsibility :
- Maintain executives agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
- Attend meetings and keep minutes
- Works closely and effectively with the Principal to keep him / her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Make travel arrangements for executives
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- Handle academic and non-academic duties and ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks
- Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping
- Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
- Preparing MIS Reports / Presentations for meetings
- Assisting principal in organizing the conferences and other training workshops
- Maintain Contact information for Principal monthly phone lists
- Sending seasons greetings to the rich contacts of the Principal
- To do the data entry, prepare presentations, make reports whenever required

Reporting to Principal for all functional as well as administration issues.Interfacing with all personnel across the organization, including those based out of CO / ZO as well as other Centers / Schools.Interfacing with the leadership team.Interfacing with HR, Finance, Technology, for any people or any other operational issue / s.External :
Interface with external vendors for any functional issues.Interface with parents for timely communication of school information and managing parents Issues.Skills Required
