Now, as we strengthen our R&D department, we are looking for a passionate Food Technologist to help us unlock the future of chai, coffee, and beyond.

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Food Technologist (R&D), you will be responsible for :

Chai Recipe Development

• Experiment with different ratios of milk, water, tea powder, sugar.
• Vary brewing times using our different machine models (in production and under development).
• Work with various tea powders, blends, cow milk, buffalo milk, tetra-pack milk (including imported samples).
• Present the best-tasting outcomes to company directors for approval.

Product Innovation & R&D

Future Kitchen Automation

If AntiGra expands into other kitchen automation appliances — research and develop corresponding food recipes, processes, and innovations.

What We’re Looking For

Education : B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology / Food Science or related fields.

Experience : 3–8 years in food product R&D, recipe standardization, or sensory evaluation (beverages experience preferred).

Gross Salary :

₹35,000 per month (including PF, PT and allowances).
