Role : Senior Delivery Manager

Experience : 17+ years

Location : Bangalore

Brief about the role :

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Delivery Manager with a strong background in Life Sciences to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have over 17 years of experience, including at least 5 years in delivery management within Managed Services and Staff Augmentation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the delivery of projects and services for key customers in the Life Sciences vertical.
• Ensure the successful execution of projects, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
• Manage delivery teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Monitor project performance and implement continuous improvements to optimize delivery processes.
• Handle TCV (Total Contract Value) of over $10 million.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align delivery with business goals and client requirements.
• Technical background and a flair to keep up with the latest trends in technology, digital transformation would be key for this role
