About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and people-centric HR Manager to lead and manage the entire HR function while closely working with the Founders. The role demands a hands-on leader who can manage all facets of Human Resources — from payroll and compliance to engagement and policy development — ensuring a high-performance and employee-focused culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner to the Founders and leadership team, driving HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations , including employee life cycle management, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Handle manual payroll processing independently with precision and confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, and labor laws .
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational needs.
- Drive employee engagement programs , grievance handling, and retention initiatives.
- Mentor and manage the HR operations team to ensure timely and accurate execution of HR activities.
- Manage performance management systems , appraisals, and talent development plans.
- Support manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and workforce scaling from 150 to 200+ employees.
- Maintain HR dashboards, MIS reports, and ensure adherence to company culture and ethics.
Required Skills & Competencies

MBA / Postgraduate in Human Resources or equivalent.10–12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–4 years in a managerial capacity.Experience in IT or BPO sector preferred.
