Job descriptionSales Process Management : Drive the entire sales process from prospecting and pitching to closing deals. Tailored Solutions : Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and propose customized solutions for trade finance. Sales Targets : Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to overall business growth, always. Market Trends : Stay informed about market trends, especially in digital lending, trade and supply chain financing, and emerging technologies like Blockchain, AI, and Automation. Advise clients on the value of our solutions. Team Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including technical and support staff, to ensure seamless solution delivery and post-sales support. Bachelor’s degree in business or MCA, BE in IT / comp.sc, BSc IT / Comp Sc, Diploma in IT / comp Sc. MBA / PGDBM in IT or Marketing, or a related field. 0-1+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the banking and financial services sector. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of digital lending, trade finance, and supply chain financing. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
