Operational Leadership :
- Lead the end-to-end RTR process within the organization covering General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Bank Reconciliations, Accruals, and Month-end / Year-end closing.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards in line with Ind-AS / IFRS.
- Partner with group entities to ensure seamless service delivery, standardization, and SLA adherence.
Process Excellence & Transformation :
Drive process standardization, harmonization, and automation across the RTR function within organisation.Implement best practices, digital tools, and ERP enhancements (SAP preferred) to improve accuracy, efficiency, and transparency.Governance & Compliance :
Ensure robust internal controls, ICFR, and SOX compliance within RTR processes.Coordinate and manage statutory audits, internal audits, and external reporting requirements.Maintain compliance with Group accounting policies and evolving regulatory / accounting standards.Stakeholder & People Management :
