Job description

Operational Leadership :

  • Lead the end-to-end RTR process within the organization covering General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Bank Reconciliations, Accruals, and Month-end / Year-end closing.
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards in line with Ind-AS / IFRS.
  • Partner with group entities to ensure seamless service delivery, standardization, and SLA adherence.

Process Excellence & Transformation :

  • Drive process standardization, harmonization, and automation across the RTR function within organisation.
  • Implement best practices, digital tools, and ERP enhancements (SAP preferred) to improve accuracy, efficiency, and transparency.

    • Governance & Compliance :

  • Ensure robust internal controls, ICFR, and SOX compliance within RTR processes.
  • Coordinate and manage statutory audits, internal audits, and external reporting requirements.
  • Maintain compliance with Group accounting policies and evolving regulatory / accounting standards.

    • Stakeholder & People Management :

  • Act as the RTR process owner and subject matter expert (SME)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FP& A, Tax, Treasury, Business Finance) to enable effective data flow and decision-making.
