Role Overview

We are looking for an analytical and process-driven Supply Chain Analyst to strengthen Pee Safe’s planning and performance analytics function. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SCM KPI preparation, S&OP analytics in a multi-channel retail / D2C environment, automation of reporting, and data-driven demand planning and forecasting.

This role will be key in driving operational efficiency, enabling data-led decision-making, and optimizing end-to-end supply chain performance

Key Responsibilities

1. Supply Chain KPI Management & Reporting

  • Develop, track, and publish key Supply Chain KPIs — including forecast accuracy, OTIF, fill rate, inventory turns, and service levels.
  • Design automated dashboards and scorecards for daily, weekly, and monthly performance reviews.
  • Identify trends, performance gaps, and actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.

2. S&OP Analytics

  • Support and enhance the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process by providing accurate data analytics and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Production, and Finance) to ensure alignment between demand and supply.
  • Analyze channel-level sales, seasonality, and promotional impacts to improve forecast accuracy and supply planning efficiency.
  • 3. Automation & Data Analytics

  • Lead automation initiatives for KPI measurement and reporting using Excel, SQL, or BI tools (Power BI / Tableau).
  • Manage large-scale datasets and integrate data from multiple systems to streamline analytics and reporting.
  • Build analytical models to support decision-making and improve operational visibility.
  • 4. Demand Planning & Forecasting

  • Develop and maintain demand forecasts across SKUs, channels, and product categories.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and work with sales and marketing teams to adjust plans based on market trends.
  • Support inventory optimization by balancing service levels with working capital efficiency.
  • Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2- years of experience in supply chain analytics, KPI management, or S&OP within a retail, D2C, FMCG, or multi-channel environment.
  • Proven expertise in Advanced Excel and SQL .
  • Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar for dashboard creation and automation.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to interpret data for actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative, problem-solving approach.
