Key Responsibilities

Responsible for all aspects of the contracting cycle with respect to sales and procurement agreements and various other contracts.

This will include the negotiation of standard contracts as well as customer specific contracts and negotiations directly with distributors, vendors, etc.

Collaborate with local business leaders and advise on legal risks and issues related to the Company’s business, including sales, purchasing, HR, product, corporate and dispute resolution.

Qualifications

Qualified licensed lawyer with at least 4 years of relevant experience.

Familiarity with standard contract terms and conditions for sales of product and software.

Demonstrate excellent verbal and written skills in English, including work experience.

Excellent contract development and negotiation skills.

Prior experience of advising tech companies is a plus.

Prior exposure to various jurisdictions in APAC, such as ANZ, Greater China, South-East Asia, Japan and Korea, is a plus.
