Roles and responsibilities
- Responsible for the multidisciplinary teams in Core Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Embedded H / W and Firmware) to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer requirements.
- Responsible for the maintenance and growth of the assigned business area by applying the experience / skills gained from the Core Engineering area
- Responsible for meeting revenue and CM targets as per the target expectations
- Candidates must be skilled at keeping an eye on the big picture while managing and executing projects.
- Oversee all aspects of concurrent projects, including scope, requirements, timelines, budget, and resource allocation.
- Manage teams at various locations effectively, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, identify risk and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Establish best practices along with key performance indicators to ensure success of the programs.
Work Experience
B.E / B.Tech (Electronics / Mechanical / Bio Medical with 15+ years' relevant experience, including >5 years Project Management.
Several years of hands-on experience in leading medical devices / products development / life cycle management projects.Strong knowledge and understanding of medical device regulatory standards.Excellent communication skills and handling of stakeholdersStrong technical background in R&D engineering disciplines (e.g. electronics, mechatronics).Excellent integral (cross functional) stakeholder / perception management skills.Strong leadership competenciesGood people management skillsKnowledge in Product Life Cycle management for medical devices componentsEmbedded firmware project management experience will be a plus.Skills Required
