Job description

Job Profile :

Responsible for managing 12-15 stores operations.
Responsible for handling four areas i.e People, Business, Process & Compliance.
Data Analysis and identify areas of gaps and opportunities.
Review manpower requirements in his circle and ensure the gaps to be filled with the discussion with HR.
Conducting the Midterm review and Performance appraisal for the circle.
Must ensure adherence to all set processes related to people, product and assets.
Ensure Compliance requirements to be met in all stores and RO at his circle.
Must have knowledge of related functions such as HR, Finance, Maintenance, etc.

Requisites :

Experience : 15 to 20 years

Industry : FMCG / QSR

Education : Any Graduate / Post Graduate

Location : Anywhere in South & North ( Interested candidates should be ready to relocate anywhere in India, where ever D - Mart has its presence )
