Job Description : Role Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Legal Counsel to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of Indian legal systems, with hands-on experience in litigation, corporate

advisory, and regulatory matters. The candidate must have worked in both a corporate legal department and a practicing law firm, demonstrating versatility and depth in legal practice.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Litigation Management :

• Handle and oversee civil, commercial, and regulatory litigation across various forums including High Courts, Tribunals, and District Courts.
• Coordinate with external counsels, draft pleadings, and ensure timely filing and representation.
• Maintain litigation trackers and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
