Are you passionate about crafting world-class digital experiences with WordPress? seeking an experienced WordPress Tech Lead (8+ years) to take charge of our development team and drive excellence across global web projects.

As a Tech Lead , you’ll :

🔹 Lead and mentor a talented WordPress development team, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.

🔹 Architect and develop custom-built WordPress & WooCommerce websites with modern frameworks and tools.

🔹 Spearhead R&D efforts — from plugin innovation and performance audits to developing reusable component libraries.

🔹 Collaborate closely with designers, content strategists, and project managers to deliver seamless user experiences.

🔹 Implement CI / CD pipelines, manage deployments, and ensure performance optimization and security compliance.

What we’re looking for :

✅ 8+ years of hands-on experience in WordPress development

✅ Strong skills in custom theme and plugin development, ACF, WooCommerce, REST APIs, and Gutenberg

✅ Experience with headless WordPress (REST API / GraphQL)

✅ Proven leadership abilities and strong communication with global teams

✅ Passion for innovation, problem-solving, and mentoring others
