Key Responsibilities :
- Deployment Strategy : Own the end-to-end rollout plan for global retail deployments, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
- Global Travel : Be on-site at retail locations worldwide to oversee deployment, adoption, and issue resolution.
- Cultural Bridging : Act as the liaison between the India-based tech organization and the client's corporate / retail environment, facilitating alignment and collaboration.
- Stakeholder Management : Navigate complex stakeholder relationships, address conflicts, and overcome resistance to change.
- Technical Oversight : Ensure successful integration of the platform with POS, inventory management, and customer engagement systems.
- Problem Solving : Proactively identify risks, troubleshoot deployment issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Training & Influence : Develop and lead training programs to ensure store associates and regional managers adopt and embrace the technology.
