Role Overview
The ideal candidate will support both marketing and sales teams through campaign execution, lead management, event coordination, and booth operations at exhibitions or trade shows. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking, problem-solving, and driving impactful results.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination
- Assist the sales team with lead generation, follow-ups, and CRM updates.
- Prepare sales reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Coordinate internally to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
Digital Marketing
Plan & execute SEO strategies to enhance website visibility.Manage social media platforms (Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) with engaging content.Run paid campaigns (Google Ads, Social Media Ads) and track performance.Create & distribute email marketing campaigns and newsletters.Analyze marketing metrics and prepare performance reports.Event & Booth Management
Coordinate company participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and events.Manage booth setup, branding, logistics, and on-ground operations.Engage with visitors, collect leads, and ensure strong brand representation.Handle post-event reporting and follow-ups.Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.1–3 years of experience in sales coordination and digital marketing.Hands-on experience in SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media tools.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.Event coordination or booth management experience is a plus.What We Offer
