Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from understanding hiring needs to onboarding.
- Source and attract top talent across creative, digital, strategy, client servicing, and production roles.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels (, job portals, referrals, social media, etc.).
- Coordinate and conduct screening interviews , schedule rounds with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Collaborate closely with department heads to understand role requirements and align hiring strategies.
- Maintain and update recruitment reports, dashboards, and databases.
Requirements :
1–2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within an advertising, marketing, or digital agency .Strong understanding of creative and marketing roles (designers, copywriters, strategists, account managers, etc.).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Passion for people, culture, and the creative industry.Why Join Us :
