  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • BE / BTech / MBA / MCA Full-Time Education
  • SAP Certification - Good to have

  • Minimum 6-8 Years of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Variable Pay relevant experience.
  • Candidate must have 2 end to end implementation experience in total compensation
  • Candidate should have SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Variable Pay certification
  • Must be an expert in provisioning system
  • Must have expertise in building Compensation and variable pay forms from scratch
  • Candidates should have in-depth knowledge in HR processes
