Lead the marketing charter for Capitalmind Wealth across brand, demand generation, content, digital, and client communication. Build a high-trust, insights-led brand that attracts and nurtures HNI / UHNI clients and strengthens our wealth & PMS propositions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Growth & Acquisition : Design and execute the HNI / UHNI acquisition funnel across digital, referrals, webinars, and partner-led channels. Drive measurable MQL - SQL - conversion outcomes with clear CAC targets.
- Team & Vendor Leadership : Build a high-performing marketing team; manage agencies and freelancers with clear SLAs and outcome targets.
- Content & Thought Leadership : Build an editorial rhythm (newsletters, market views, videos, explainers, webinars) in partnership with the CIO / Investment teams to showcase our philosophy and research depth.
- Brand & Communication : Define positioning and narrative; manage PR presence, media interactions, spokesperson readiness, brand guidelines, and design standards.
- Performance & Lifecycle Marketing : Own digital channels, conversion optimization, A / B testing, CRM, marketing automation, and client nurture journeys.
- Sales / Partner Enablement : Create sharp sales collateral, pitch decks, factsheets, and product notes for RMs, advisors, and partners.
- Events & Community : Drive client webinars, investor roundtables, offline engagements, and knowledge-led community initiatives.
- Compliance Alignment : Ensure all marketing materials comply with SEBI / PMS / MF advertisement guidelines and maintain a strong internal review workflow.
- Team & Vendor Leadership : Build a high-performing marketing team; manage agencies and freelancers with clear SLAs and outcome targets.
- Strong command of content strategy, performance marketing, CRM, analytics, and campaign management.
- Experience working closely with investments teams to translate research into clear client narratives.
- Deep familiarity with SEBI marketing / advertising compliance requirements.
- MBA / PGDM from a Tier1 / 2 b-school preferred
