Application Administrator PSA - Workday

Key Responsibilities

Support the Delivery team with their daily operations, ensuring efficiency and controls through optimization of reports, dashboards, security, and integrations (EIBs)

• Ensure data integrity and optimization of processes within project and hierarchy structure
• Maintain documentation to support training, knowledge transfer, and change management procedures using established SDLC practices
• Participate in biweekly sprint meetings utilizing agile methodology to implement new or enhanced Workday PSA functionality
• Serve as a subject matter expert on current and upcoming Workday PSA roadmap capabilities
• Participate in scheduled and ad-hoc demos and UAT sessions to confirm accuracy of deliverables
• Evaluate releases and functionality to identify opportunities to improve and optimize the use Workday PSA
• Support key integrations and EIBs
• Collaborate across the business to understand requirements from Delivery stakeholders
