Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Accounts Receivable & Intercompany

Responsibilities :

• .Cash Application & Matching - Review insurance cash receipts accurately against policies, claims, and broker statements
• .Collections Management - Provide oversight to the collection of premiums and recoveries, coordinating with brokers, underwriters, and internal team's processes
• .Dispute Resolution - Investigate and resolve cash application discrepancies, unallocated cash, and aged items through proactive follow-up
• .Delinquency Tracking - Monitor overdue balances, initiating escalation or remediation actions to minimize aged receivables
• .Cash Clean-up & Reconciliation - Review periodic reconciliations of accounts, ensuring ledger accuracy and clearing of unmatched items
• .Intercompany Accounting - Manage end-to-end intercompany accounting, settlements, and reconciliations to ensure timely and accurate balance clearance
• .Month-End Close Activities - Support AR close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and preparation of reporting schedules
• .Continuous Improvement - Identify and implement process efficiencies and automation opportunities to enhance accuracy and turnaround time
• .Governance & Reporting - Drive structured governance through regular reviews, dashboards, and performance metrics to ensure transparency and control across the AP value chain
