Talent Acquisition Associate - Remote Work

As a Talent Acquisition Associate , you'll play a key role in building high-performing teams by identifying and attracting top talent across Engineering, Design, Strategy, and Business functions. This is a full-cycle recruiting position, where you’ll take complete ownership of the hiring process—from sourcing to screening to offer closure. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to scale our teams with precision and speed.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various in-house roles
• Source and identify top talent through job boards, , and internal / external referrals
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fit
• Schedule interviews, gather feedback, and drive the recruitment process forward efficiently
• Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience from first contact to offer acceptance
• Work flexible hours as needed to support global teams and urgent hiring needs
