Role : Senior SAP EWM Consultant & S / 4HANA Implementation Specialist

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced and expert Senior SAP EWM Consultant & S / 4HANA Implementation Specialist to lead and drive key projects across our SAP landscape.

This role requires a minimum of 8+ years of dedicated SAP EWM experience with a mandatory background in S / 4HANA Green Field implementation projects.

The Consultant will serve as the subject matter expert, analyzing complex business requirements, designing optimized SAP EWM solutions, and providing expert guidance throughout the entire project implementation lifecycle in high-impact urban centers.

Core Responsibilities :

SAP EWM Solution Design and Implementation :

Leverage minimum 8 years of SAP EWM experience to analyze complex business requirements and design robust, scalable SAP EWM solutions that optimize end-to-end warehouse operations.
Provide expert guidance to the project team, business stakeholders, and developers throughout the entire implementation lifecycle, from blueprinting to post-go-live support.
Utilize deep expertise in requirements analysis to ensure the implemented SAP EWM solution is fully aligned with strategic business needs and operational standards.
Take ownership of writing detailed functional specifications (FDD / FS) for all configurations, enhancements (WRICEF objects), and reports.
Execute and document all necessary system configuration within the SAP EWM module.

S / 4HANA and Logistics Expertise :

Apply mandatory prior experience in S / 4HANA Green Field implementation projects, understanding the integration and architectural differences from prior SAP versions.

Demonstrate a good understanding of core logistics and warehousing processes beyond EWM, including integration points with SAP S / 4HANA / ECC (e.g., MM, SD, PP).

Key Functional Area Expertise (Design and Configuration) :

Inventory Management :

Setup and control of stock types, storage types, bins, and serialization.

Inbound Processing :

Configuration of receiving processes, putaway strategies, Expected Goods Receipt (EGR), and VAS (Value Added Services).

Outbound Processing :

Design of wave management, picking strategies, packaging, staging, and Goods Issue processes.

Internal Warehouse Movements :

Implementation of internal transfers, replenishment strategies, and rearrangement.

Physical Inventory :

Configuration and execution of cycle counting, continuous inventory, and annual inventory procedures.

Resource Management :

Optimization of resources (users, vehicles) via radio frequency (RF) and task interleaving.

Quality Management :

Integration of EWM with Quality Inspection processes for stock sampling and usage decisions.

Production Integration :

Setup of staging, consumption, and return-to-stock processes integrated with Production Planning.

Reporting :

Utilization and customization of the Warehouse Management Monitor and integrated analytics tools for operational insights.

Required Qualifications & Experience :

Experience :

Minimum 8+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience as an SAP EWM Consultant.

S / 4HANA Expertise :

Mandatory prior experience in S / 4HANA Green Field implementation projects.

Communication :

Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex EWM processes and design concepts to business users and technical teams.

Technical Skills :

Proven experience in writing detailed functional specifications and executing end-to-end system configuration in SAP EWM.

Domain Knowledge :

Strong, practical understanding of logistics, supply chain, and warehouse operations.

Immediate - 15 days
