Job description

Role Definition :

Digital Marketing Executive for Amazon & Flipkart is the one who will be responsible for managing new client onboarding, creating & optimizing product listings, and handling daily seller account operations.

The role requires working closely with graphic designers to create impactful listing images, Enhanced Brand Content (EBC) and designing storefronts in line with Amazon's standards.

Regular communication with the team and clients, along with training interns on various processes, are integral parts of this role.

Responsibilities & Deliverables :

Successfully onboarding new clients on marketplace platforms

Research, create & optimise product listings on regular basis

Perform seller account management on daily basis and resolve quires pertaining to seller accounts.

Work with graphics designer to create Enhance Brand Content & product images by providing them brand’s brief and keywords

Create Storefront as per Amazon’s guidelines

Daily coordination and communication with team and client

Train interns on various activities like listing, account management etc.

Tasks & Activities : Store Onboarding

Attend client onboarding meetings and gather information required for onboarding clients on Amazon or Flipkart, and create their account on these platforms

Create & Optimise Product Listings

Research & Analyse keywords for product listings.

Understand and generate target audience for a brand.

Create and upload listings as per keyword and competitor research.

Provide brand’s briefing to graphics team and share keywords research required for infographics listing images and other EBC content and assist graphic designer by providing the content for graphics.

Consistently monitor product visibility and search rankings of the listings and provide listings reports to individual seller.

Train interns in research & product listing process.

Account Management

Update stock inventory and provide updates on regular basis to clients to avoid stock-outs. Perform price analysis in order to check listings health.

Provide weekly status report for all seller accounts health

Prepare and send monthly reports like sales, Ads, and GST reports every month to client

Stay updated on platform policies, trends, and competitors’ strategies.

Daily monitor interns’ performance on account management-related activities.

Train interns in creating case logs and educate them about handling conversations with the seller support team.

Frequently monitor any violation on account and resolve them

Enhance Brand Content Creation

Give brand’s brief and keywords to graphics designer and assist them with content for creating A+ Content, Storefront Design and Brand stories.

Provide suggestion on enhancing A+ Content, Storefront Design and Brand stories.

StoreFront Creation

You will be responsible for designing and creating the storefront for clients account based on the creatives obtained from design team.

Ads Management

  • Setting up, monitoring and optimising Amazon and Flipkart ad campaigns
  • Develop and execute strategies for Amazon, Flipkart PPC and other marketplaces campaigns across sponsored products, sponsored brands, and sponsored display ads to achieve client goals
  • Prepare weekly reports to monitor and present performance metrics
  • Perform comprehensive keyword research, selection and targeting to reach relevant audiences
  • Monitor campaign metrics (ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC) and adjust bids, budgets and strategies based on performance data.
  • Optimise product pages to improve visibility and conversion, focusing on matrices such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate (CVR) and session percentage etc.
  • Regularly communicate with clients and team to provide performance reports, insights, and actionable recommendations in clear professional English
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for campaigns and listing improvements
  • Work closely with internal teams to align ad strategies with product and content optimisation

Client Coordination

Setup weekly meetings with client and receive feedback from client on work progress, give them progress reports and discuss further actions items and strategies.

Record the discussion and create action items list

Team Coordination

Daily progress meeting for all accounts and discuss any challenges faced

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Completion of a Digital Marketing course is mandatory.

Basic knowledge of Amazon and Flipkart platforms is preferred.

Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Good communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

Enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn.

Fluency in English (Reading & Writing)

Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central Amazon,

Basic knowledge of advertising console and other PPC tools

Proficient in usage of tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout & AMZ scout

Proven experience optimising product pages for improved performance and conversions

Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to clearly present data and recommendations to the client
