The Gig

We're not looking for a standard-issue Graphic Designer. We're looking for someone

who sees design as both art and instruction. Someone who can sketch a logo by

hand and then guide an AI to create magic with the perfect prompt.

You'll create everything : social posts, brand identities, packaging, videos, reels,

motion graphics. Whatever. But here's the real job : you'll also be the architect of the

prompts that help AI create more without losing the human soul.

You're our person if you can blend raw human creativity with machine-driven

precision.

The Daily Alchemy (What You'll Actually Do)

Create Everything That Matters

  • Whip up killer graphics, illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos for everything : social content, magazines, product packaging, videos, reels, motion graphics - you name it.
  • Be a true hybrid : Design by hand, in software or via AI tools. Whatever gets the best result.
  • Ensure your designs actually work and look sharp on every platform and format.
  • Own the fundamentals. You know how to use colour, layout and visual hierarchy with purpose, not just because it "looks good."

Mix Human Creativity with AI Power

  • Be our chief AI whisperer. Use prompt engineering to brainstorm, guide, create, and iterate on visuals.
  • Elevate the AI's work - take a generated concept and turn it into a finished, on-brand masterpiece.
  • Build the machine. Work with creative and tech teams to build prompt

    • libraries that help us scale content without becoming robots.

    Talk Through Design

  • Translate 'meh' briefs into powerful visuals that get results.
  • Jam with copywriters and creative directors to nail the final design.
  • Defend your work. Explain your concepts clearly and stand behind your creative choices with confidence.

    • Stay Sharp, Stay Ahead

  • Be obsessed with what's next. Keep up with design trends, platform updates, and the latest in AI.
  • Bring the fire. Try new things, push the limits, and don't be afraid to experiment

    • Your Arsenal (The "Must-Haves")

  • 2-5 years of graphic design experience across different brands.
  • God-tier skills in the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Yes, all of them.
  • You know the rules : Typography, colour theory, layout, composition. Like the back of your hand.
  • You speak AI. You have real, hands-on knowledge of prompt engineering to guide generative visuals.
  • You're not just static. You have experience with video editing, animation, and social media formats (reels!).
  • The Proof : Your portfolio must show both your traditional design chops and your new-school, AI-enhanced work.
  • You can talk the talk. Clear communication and presentation skills are a must.
  • You can juggle. You handle multiple projects and tight deadlines without breaking a sweat.
  • A degree is cool. A portfolio that makes it irrelevant is cooler.

  • You're already deep in emerging AI design tools and creative tech.
  • You have serious motion graphics and content planning chops.
  • You've thought about the 'dark side' : AI ethics, bias prevention, and keeping brands consistent.
