We’re expanding rapidly across international markets and are looking for a creative Copywriter who can translate our mission into powerful, relatable content that resonates with parents and learners worldwide.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a versatile and creative Copywriter who can craft engaging, high-converting copy for social media campaigns, ad creatives, video scripts, website content, and emailers .

The ideal candidate understands international audiences—especially parents and families in the Middle East —and can write content that balances warmth, trust, and aspirational storytelling with clarity and cultural sensitivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write compelling, clear, and culturally relevant copy for :
  • Social media campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, )
  • Video ads and brand films (scripts, storylines, voiceover copy)
  • Email marketing campaigns and WhatsApp messages
  • Website pages, landing pages, and blog content
  • Partnership decks, parent communication materials, and product content
  • Work closely with the design, marketing, and strategy teams to align copy with visuals and brand tone.
  • Localize and adapt messaging for international audiences, ensuring content feels authentic in the Middle Eastern context .
  • Brainstorm campaign ideas that communicate Mentor Match’s values and differentiate us from competitors.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints.
  • Edit and proofread copy to ensure grammatical accuracy, tone consistency, and brand alignment.

Requirements

  • 2 plus years of professional copywriting experience (agency or in-house).
  • Proven experience writing for international markets , preferably in education, parenting, or lifestyle sectors .
  • Strong grasp of English-language nuance, tone, and storytelling for multicultural audiences.
  • Ability to adapt tone—conversational, persuasive, or emotional—depending on the platform.
  • Familiarity with performance-driven marketing and campaign metrics.
  • Bonus : Understanding of Arabic culture, communication tone, or exposure to Middle Eastern marketing trends.
