Role Summary :
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead and drive the quality function across shared service operations. This individual will design and implement quality strategies, ensure process excellence, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. The role involves working with cross-functional stakeholders, leading quality assurance teams, and using analytical tools to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Define and implement quality assurance strategies across processes and teams.
Lead quality audits and maintain compliance with defined quality standards.
Analyze data trends , identify root causes of issues, and implement corrective actions.
Build and track dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards to monitor quality and operational performance.
Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives .
Conduct process benchmarking and implement best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational improvements.
Facilitate quality training, certification programs , and employee upskilling.
Prepare and present executive reports and recommendations.
Manage a team (span of 80–100+), providing leadership, coaching, and performance feedback.
Required Qualifications :
Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduate preferred).
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is mandatory.
Master Black Belt, Design Thinking certifications are added advantages.
15+ years of total experience, with 6–8 years in QA roles in Insurance, US Healthcare, F&A, or related domains .
Proven experience in managing large teams (80–100+ FTEs) .
Desired Skills :
Strong expertise in quality tools , problem-solving methodologies , and process improvement .
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
Hands-on experience in data analysis , reporting, and project management .
Proficiency in automation , AI / ML trends , and transformation tools is preferred.
Comfortable working in hybrid setup and managing geographically distributed teams.
