About Chessmate.club :

We’re building a fast, fun, and competitive chess app with coins, gems, leaderboards, and real rewards. If you love solving tricky UX problems and making complex flows feel effortless, this one’s for you.

What you’ll do

  • Work with product & design to improve app flows (onboarding, match, profile, leaderboards).
  • Audit, prototype, and design interaction improvements in Figma.
  • Turn user problems into clean, testable solutions.
  • Run small usability reviews and summarize findings.
  • Collaborate with devs to make sure what you design actually ships.

What we expect

  • Solid grasp of UI & interaction design fundamentals.
  • Fluency in Figma (design + prototyping).
  • Ability to produce user flows, wireframes, and polished mocks.
  • Clear written communication and product sense.
  • Curiosity, humility, and a desire to improve fast.

  • Duration : 3–6 months
  • Location : Remote
  • Reports to : Founder

    • The Short Task (mandatory)

    For screening candidates we are putting up the task round upfront. Download the app from, www.chessmate.club app and find 5 UX issues. Justification for how each might petentionally impact user experience and a probable solution. (No Design Necessary)
