Must have skills :
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Proficiency in Generative AI and Agentic AI.
- Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
- Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and the ability to apply them effectively.
- Experience with AI frameworks and tools such as Langchain, LangGraph, PyTorch, SpaCy, and DSPy.
- Proficient in web frameworks like Flask and FastAPI for API development.
- Experience with containerization technologies, particularly Docker.
- Practical experience with search and indexing systems, and expertise with at least one indexing tool.
- Familiarity with technologies such as MCP, API Development, LLM Evaluation
Good to have skills :
Familiarity with a variety of cloud-based tools and services for AI and ML development.Knowledge of best practices for deploying AI models at scale, ensuring reliability and performance.Key Responsibilities :
Model Fine-Tuning & Training : Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance task-specific performance and improve accuracy.Model Deployment : Deploy generative AI models in production using cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, alongside containerization solutions such as Docker.Cloud Integration : Design and implement comprehensive AI solutions utilizing services from Azure or AWS Marketplace, including Cognitive Services, Object Storage, API Management, and App Services.NLP & Search Solutions : Develop NLP-driven solutions and implement indexing / search functionalities with a deep understanding of indexing systems.API Development : Create and maintain RESTful APIs using frameworks such as Flask and FastAPI, ensuring seamless integration with external systems.LLM Evaluation & Agentic AI : Assess the performance of LLMs for diverse applications and explore agentic AI's potential to enhance system efficiency.Continuous Learning & Research : Stay informed about the latest advancements in Generative AI, NLP, and related domains, integrating these advancements into ongoing development processes.
