Job Title : Sales Trainer / Instructional Designer

Job Summary :

The Sales Trainer is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and facilitating training programs that empower sales representatives with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. This role involves analyzing training needs, designing customized curriculum, delivering engaging workshops, and evaluating training effectiveness to support the growth and productivity of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities : Design and Develop Training Programs :

• Design and implement sales training programs that cover essential skills, such as product knowledge, prospecting, negotiation, objection handling, and closing techniques.
• Create training materials, including manuals, handouts, slide presentations, videos, and assessments, to ensure a comprehensive learning experience.
