We're growing rapidly — and we're looking for energetic, communicative, and empathetic individuals to join our Customer Success team and help us strengthen relationships with students, partners, and universities worldwide.

Role Overview

As a Customer Success Executive , you will be the first point of contact for our students and institutional partners. You will ensure that every interaction with ProAmica is smooth, professional, and rewarding — right from onboarding to post-admission support.

This is an excellent role for fresh graduates who enjoy communicating with people, learning quickly, and working in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for students, university partners, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation for students applying to foreign universities.
• Coordinate with university representatives for application updates, offers, and partner communications.
• Track student progress and ensure timely follow-ups at every stage of the application journey.
• Maintain accurate records and communication logs in CRM systems.
• Support in webinars, partner meetings, and student information sessions.
• Gather feedback and identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
