Role & responsibilities
- Lead MICE activities to plan, organize and coordinate all aspects of Meetings, Conferences and Events in India and worldwide for relevant stake holders, aligned to overall objectives of the Business Units in Alkem, within defined budgets, and ensure that the team delivers a unique experience to the delegates. MICE caters to Health Care Practitioner engagement & employee group bookings
- Prepare the Annual Budget for Meetings, Conferences and Events in consultation with Business Marketing and Finance to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations and to accomplish volume consolidation
- Develop Strategic partnership with various Service Providers implementing the Internal objectives and sign-off cost-effective Annual contracts with various agencies who support in organizing Meetings, Conferences and Events
- Plan and prepare Policies for Meetings, Conferences and Events to enforce, execution of processes and systems in coordination with the compliance team as per updated Medical Council of India (MCI) guidelines
- Prepare and implement Monthly plans for cost saving opportunities for meetings, conferences, and events and enable Business Units to reduce event costs and remain within the predefined Annual budget while accomplishing the set benefits from strategic partnerships and in compliance with MCI guidelines
- Monitor performance for execution of meetings, conferences, and events, by planning and reviewing survey feedbacks for achieving desired Delegate experience and Customer Satisfaction .
Preferred candidate profile
10-12 years of relevant corporate experience.
