Job description

We are looking for a passionate and skilled IT Professional to join our growing team in the Print & Digital Media industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on technical expertise in programming and database management, along with an understanding of emerging AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain internal software tools and automation solutions
  • Support backend development using Python / PHP
  • Manage databases — SQL & MySQL (queries, integration, optimization)
  • Assist in AI / ML-based tools development & integration
  • Provide technical support to editorial and digital teams
  • Work closely with cross-functional departments for process automation

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Python & PHP Hands-on experience with SQL / MySQL
  • Good understanding of AI / Machine Learning tools
  • Knowledge of API integration and web applications
  • Problem-solving & troubleshooting mindset
  • Ability to handle multiple IT tasks independently
  • Knowledge of FastAPI / Flask or Laravel
  • Experience with Chatbot / RPA / AI-based solutions
  • Basic Linux / Server handling skills
