Job Summary
Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with company and airworthiness requirements to provide aircraft serviceability as per schedule and ensure high dispatch reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Performs and is responsible for all work carried out and certified by him on the aircraft under the scope of his authorization privilege and to ensure that all statutory regulations regarding airworthiness of the aircraft and company requirements are met.
- Ensuring that he is aware of all company operating procedures and fully understand all quality and technical reporting systems.
- Ensure all maintenance and defect rectification, in the line maintenance, including sub-contracted maintenance, are carried out in accordance with the standards.
- Ensure appropriate CRS is issued after satisfactory completion of all maintenance during day-to-day line operation.
- Implement safety policy, human factors issue in maintenance undertaken
- To ensure and monitor that necessary maintenance documentation is raised, controlled, and cleared in accordance with approved procedures, prior to releasing aircraft to service.
- Report occurrence / incident / significant defect / any un-airworthy condition in line environment, involving aircraft / maintenance personnel to Shift InCharge / AME.
- Ensure knowledge of processes defined in Line Maintenance Procedures Manual relevant to current position and compliance of same.
- Being smart and tidy in appearance so reflecting the company image.
- Shall discharge the functions of technician as per station requirement.
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Superiors
Required Skills & Experience
Comprehensive knowledge of relevant parts of operational requirements and procedure, Line Maintenance Procedures, MCC procedures.Candidates having current authorization on Boeing 737 NG / Boeing 737 MAX / A320 / ATR Aircraft will be given preferenceUnderstanding of Aviation regulations; CAR145, CAR M and its application on aircraft operation and MaintenanceMinimum Level 2 Aircraft Training.Good to have : Knowledge of Quality Systems and CAME
Educational Qualification : AME License in Cat A1 (Turbine Engine) issued by DGCA, INDIA
