Title : Senior Executive- CRM – Digital Marketing & Loyalty
Reporting to : Assistant Manager - CRM – Digital Marketing & Loyalty
Job Responsibilities
- Strategically develop and manage CRM campaigns across SMS, Push Notifications, WhatsApp, Emails, and In-Apps, ensuring alignment with retention goals and KPIs.
- Work closely with Digital Graphic Designers and Copywriters to create engaging and effective marketing content.
- Work closely with growth marketing teams to understand the campaign objectives and customer segmentation.
- Apply strategic thinking to the execution of CRM campaigns, optimizing them for maximum impact and customer engagement.
- Manage and execute ad-hoc campaigns and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with Product and Tech teams to setup and implement automated customer journeys and campaigns ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance.
- Monitoring the campaigns launch and making adjustments as necessary to optimize the performance.
- Create performance reports for campaigns and share feedback to growth team, marketing team and stakeholders, and highlighting the campaign effectiveness
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required
Bachelor’s degree required.Hands on expertise in CRM platforms like Bloomreach, Moengage, Clevertap, Braze etc.Knowledge of HTML / CSS would be preferred.Sound knowledge of MS Office suite1-3 years’ experience in Digital Marketing / CRMCandidate should have completed Graduation.Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and process oriented.Prudent in managing multiple projects.Collaborative and convivial personality with an innate ability to work with colleagues across business units.This job requires candidate to work as per UAE time zone.
