Job Description
- Draft and prepare professional proposals in English.
- Serve as the primary liaison with the corporate client's designated Point of Contact (POC).
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate training sessions while ensuring trainer availability.
- Follow up with trainers to ensure timely preparation and submission of training materials.
- Create and manage corporate training batches in the CRM, including participant enrollment.
- Coordinate with printing vendors for the preparation of training materials and certificates.
- Provide on-site support to trainers with setup and presentation requirements.
- Monitor participant attendance, collect feedback, and encourage Google reviews during training sessions.
- Request and follow up with clients for appreciation / acknowledgment letters.
- Gather, compile, and analyze post-training feedback to generate detailed reports.
- Maintain and update the Corporate Training File with complete and accurate records.
- Obtain necessary training approvals from the CEO through the Head of Operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.Proven experience in operations coordination or a similar role.Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to work collaboratively with trainers, clients, and internal teams.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Experience in handling logistical arrangements.check(event) ; career-website-detail-template-2 =>
